Why we need to act now
For more than three decades the URC building on Banbury Road has been a quiet engine of Oxford's arts community - a rehearsal room for ballet, a stage for new theatre, a gallery for local painters. The building is now for sale and we have an unrepeatable opportunity to secure it for the long term.

Where your gift goes
Every pound raised goes directly to the purchase fund and the essential repairs that will follow - a new roof, accessible toilets, improved heating and an upgraded sprung floor for our dancers.
03 - Held in trust
A community-owned future
Once secured, the building will be held in trust for the community - keeping room hire affordable, our programme inclusive, and the doors open to the next generation of Oxford artists.
